Before Kleva Digital, I built and scaled a vehicle detailing and paint protection film company — Flawless Detailing — from scratch. No blueprint, no safety net. Just hard work, relentless attention to detail, and a refusal to put out anything that wasn't worth being proud of.
Running that business taught me things no marketing course could. I learned what it actually takes to grow a client base from zero, how to present a premium service in a competitive market, and how every single touchpoint — from the way the van looks to the quality of your social media — shapes how customers perceive you.
More than that, I learned how many small businesses were leaving serious money on the table simply because their online presence didn't reflect the quality of their work. That's what sparked the idea for Kleva Digital.
I wanted to build an agency with genuine business insight — not just technical skills. One that would give small businesses the same quality of digital presence that big companies pay agencies tens of thousands of pounds for, at a price that makes sense for a growing business.
